Items are available for returns & refund EXCEPT for sale items, customer pieces, and worn earrings
Worn earrings CANNOT be returned due to health regulations
Customer must initiate return within 15 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for return postage, which must be sent with tracking
Piece(s) returned will be evaluated for wear/damage, and reimbursement may be adjusted due to loss in value
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed
